11 Best Indie Bookshops to visit this #IndieBookDay

by Aimee-Claire Smith | Mar 20, 2018 | News

TAGGED: Adams & Co | African Flavour Books | Bibliophile | Bridge Books | Clarke’s Bookshop | Dustcovers | Ike’s Books and Collectables | Kalk Bay Books | Love Books | Protea Boekehuis | The Book Lounge

#IndieBookDay is coming up this Saturday 24 March. We couldn’t be more excited to see bibliophiles across the world flocking to indie bookshops to add an independently-published title to their bookshelves.

If you’re out and about on the day, you might run into one of us from Modjaji grabbing an indie title at one of our favourite independent bookshops!

Speaking of which, we’ve compiled a nifty little list for you of some of the best independent bookshops across South Africa. You’re welcome 😉

Oh, and if you grab a Modjaji Title, tag our Instagram (@modjajibooks) and we’ll re-gram you. Our favourite post will win a voucher to any Modjaji book currently in stock.*

Also – if you can’t make it to an indie book store, or there isn’t one near you, remember that most small publishers (Including Modjaji!) allow you to order their books online.

Happy book-browsing!

*Only within South Africa. Make sure you tag us on Instagram.
