Margaret Clough grew up in Wellington. After studying at UCT, she worked as a Science teacher, soil chemist and food technologist. She has been published in Litnet, South Africa Writing and Carapace. Modjaji Books has published two of her poetry collections, At least the duck survived (2011) and The Last to Leave (2014).
